Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall planning and design of the system for customer, making overall and forward-looking layout, and responsible for product deliverability
  • Able to have an in-depth understanding of customer service and business needs to improve customer service experience and efficiency

Goal:

discover points that can be improved in processes and products, and precipitate solutions into reusable and configurable flexible platforms to reduce product and technology reuse costs.


  • Collect user behavior data and related problem feedback to achieve omni-channel User feedback monitoring and early warning provide support for business line business decisions, while promoting project completion and daily operations after product functions are launched
  • Based on demand and data analysis, product research, etc., write product plan documents, including but not limited to product planning.
Functional processes and descriptions. Solution prototypes and descriptions, discuss technical implementation plans with technical products;

  • Closely track business data, focus on customer service department goals and business line goals, analyze data changes and diagnose product conditions, and make effective suggestions and follow up

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years of customer service experience;
  • Familiar with customer service product design methods and processes, familiar with demand research methods, and independently complete product prototype design;
  • Strong data analysis Ability, good at driving business product innovation from a data perspective;
  • Strong product owner awareness, excellent communication skills
