  • Responsible to perform library counter duties according to the duty roster.
  • Responsible to provide inter library loan services and document delivery services.
  • Responsible for renewal and maintaining databases, journals, e-journals and magazine.
  • Manage library systems, perform trouble shooting and liaise with system vendor for any issues relating to system.
  • Responsible in identifying continuous system improvement needs.
  • Manages updating system needed within system administration.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Chief Librarian.
