Job Descriptions:

  • Inform on a daily basis to the Chef de Partie on all operational related matters.
  • Preparing and measuring ingredients and portion sizes accurately.
  • Prepare on daily basis food requisitions as assigned.
  • Maintain cleanliness in all assigned areas, including refrigerators and freezers.
  • Attend training sessions if applicable.
  • Report any equipment on the section which needs repair or maintenance.
  • Ensure freshness and suitability of products used by the kitchen and that they are stored properly.
  • Ensure smooth running of the kitchen during the Chef de Partie's absence.
  • Follow company's policies and procedures for restaurant operations internally and externally.
  • Perform other related duties as required or as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Possess a SPM and above
years working experience in F&B industry. School leavers are also encouraged to apply

  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is a plus
  • Well versed in Local / Oriental / Japanese Cuisines or Pastries
  • Tactful, courteous and able to communicate well with people
  • Male/Female, open to Malaysians or permanent residents
  • Work locations: Tun Razak Exchange, KL East, Bukit Jalil

Job Types:

Salary:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
