Responsibility

  • Aligning company's regulations, guidelines, and policies
  • Discretion and trustworthiness on confidential information
  • Carry out administrative or personal work on behalf of the director which includes being the point of contact between the director and the clients
  • Responsible for scheduling appointments/meetings and taking minutes of meeting/itinerary and general correspondence
  • Ability to organize inhouse and external events/training/conferences etc
  • Assist director for daily office activities or operation
  • Demonstrates an ability to interact with persons of all backgrounds, cultures, and affiliations within all levels of business entities
  • Undertaking other special assignments, adhoc functions, and willing to travel, when required

Job Types:
Full-time, Fresh graduate

Salary:
RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
