Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sourcing, cost negotiations, credit term and buying of materials, consumable items and etc.
  • Issue purchase order to supplier and confirm delivery date, quantity ordered and price are correct.
  • Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming items to ensure they match the purchase orders and meet quality standards.
  • Verify the quantity, quality, and condition of received items and document any discrepancies or damages.
  • To ensure purchased items are properly recorded in incoming, outgoing logbook and in computer system.
  • Resolve any discrepancies or issues with invoices, such as pricing discrepancies, incorrect quantities, or missing information.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as finance, to resolve invoicingrelated queries and discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized and uptodate records of invoices, purchase orders, and related documentation.
  • To ensure the general store properly maintained in good orders, clean and safe
  • Any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge of IFCA is an advantage.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan
  • Available to start work immediately is an advantage.
