- Configured Material Management module like Material Master data, Purchasing, Inventory Management.
- Development of functional and technical specifications
- Design, customize, configure and testing of MM
- Business process analysis and fit/gap analysis
- Configuration of system as per business requirements
- Should be flexible to handle issues coming up in MM integration areas
- Conducted end user training for purchasing officers and material master data administrator.
- Improved existing configuration and procedures, and archiving testing and procedures (Master Data), customer master configuration with hierarchy.
- Created master data, vendor master, quota arrangement, info record, source list, condition types and condition records.
- Trained in configuring material master data for the purchasing, quality, plant storage, MRP and warehouse management views.
- Worked on Master data changes in Quality including defect types, Material specifications, Task list, and Info record
Development skills
- Work with customers in gathering business requirements for MM customization / implementation.
- Work across multiple modules to understand integration or the impact on the change done.
- Designing, planning and managing the MM customization / implementation Process.
- Prepare development / implementation plans including the risk, milestones, quality and business signoff details.
- Manage assigned risks and monitor potential impacts as part of the proposed plan.
- Develop best practice, processes, and standards for effectively carrying out all activities.
- Perform testing with user and also involve in transporting the solution from development to staging and to production
- Document functional designs, specifications, test cases and results to meet business requirements.
