Ensure that all sales related activities support customer satisfaction, retention and new business development goals.
Lead the development of a sales program the recruiting, training and management of the sales team.
Develop, in coordination with the group management, and implement marketing plans for the local organization's products and services in order to meet established sales targets.
Proactively position the hotel as a business leader in the community
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
Proactively position the company as a business leader in the community.
Finalize collateral for sales & marketing purposes support the hotel regarding the collaterals pertaining to hotel brand standards.
Identify operational problems that reduce the effectiveness of marketing activities and overall hotel sales performance and work with appropriate department on solutions.
Pay:
RM13, RM15,000.00 per month
