Exciting Full-time Opportunity: Human Resources Executive
The Human Resources Executive is responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, and setting objectives for the HR team.
The Human Resources are required to help shape our employer brand strategy and will ensure our company attracts, hires, develops, and retains qualified employees in line with the company vision.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment
- To oversee onboarding & Offboarding follow up with employee orientation, onboarding documentation, creation of employee record and exit clearance.
- Monitor employee records (personal particulars, attendance & leave records) and ensure that all the records are kept updated.
- To monitor the information of all HRrelated databases, i.e. personnel, HR service providers, filing system, payroll system to serve all HRM purposes
Payroll
- To manage and review payroll administration i.e. letter of appointment, salary increment, confirmations, extension of probation, promotions, transferred and resigned employees, update all miscellaneous deduction and allowances, government statutory report, bonus, yearly appraisal, payslip, EA Form, etc
- To monitor issue Payment Requisition Form for Accounts Department to make payment for office rental, payment talent, utilities and statutory i.e. EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax, HRDF, etc
Compensation & Benefit
- To oversee any kind of changes of monetary or monetary issue such as rewards, allowance, increment, bonus or job security that has been planed and agreed as per top management instruction
- To monitor Miyacare staff data is up to date
Requirements:
- At least a recognized Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- At least 2 or 3 years experience in the same field
- Fluent in Malay & English
- Proficient in Employment Act 195
- Have the ability to work with limited supervision
Job Type:
Contract
Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
