Join our growing Talent Management team to partner with our leaders and managers to be a key driver of the company's success by serving as a strategic and tactical consultant for people and organisational development strategies.


As a Talent Management Executive, you will work closely with multiple functional groups, utilising your expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations consultation, policy interpretation, performance and compensation management, and talent management consultation to drive business objectives.

You will be challenged to think creatively and strategically in a fast-paced business environment, while staying up-to-date with the latest HR best practices and trends.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that supports the company's mission, values, and goals.
  • Act as an HR advisor to leaders and managers, guiding all aspects of human resources, including talent management, employee engagement, performance management and employee life cycle management.
  • Partner with business units to identify talent and develop programs to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Serve as a change agent, driving new programs and initiatives to improve organizational performance and employee experience.
  • Collaborate with other HR functions, such as recruitment and compensation, to ensure that all HR initiatives are integrated and aligned with the company's overall strategy.

  • Emotional intelligence: You can understand and manage emotions in oneself and others is important to navigate complex employee relations issues, and to build and maintain positive relationships with business leaders and employees.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: You build strong relationships with business leaders and employees, and be able to collaborate effectively with other members of the HR team.
  • Change management skills: You lead and manage change effectively as a change agent.
