Human Resource Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings and scheduling interviews.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
- Support employee relations efforts and organize engagement activities.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.
- Manage office supplies, general office maintenance, and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and assist with audits.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven work experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Pay:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
