  • Assist Project Manager to coordinate all works from preliminary, conceptual, planning and construction stage.
  • Liaise with stakeholders & internal customers on project activities including feasibility study, layout design, project meeting, site inspections, verification & audits.
  • Identify key project issues and develop an appropriate work plan.
  • Monitor contractors' progress to ensure timely, budgetcompliant, and highquality project completion.
  • Manage unforeseen delays and technical issues promptly.
  • Organize and conduct regular progress meetings with consultants and contractors, keeping management informed.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate project records.
  • Ensure site safety and compliance with health, safety, and welfare requirements.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project executives and site agents.
  • Collaborate closely with management and the project team.
  • Ensure all project documents, records, and drawings are properly filed and saved, and kept for future reference and audit.
  • To monitor and track the maintenance and rectification works during the project defect liability period.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of project management and engineering maintenance services.
  • Strong analytical thinking and effective communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of relevant statutory legislation and regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical) or (Electrical).
  • Minimum 7 years of working experience. Experience in cleanroom would be an added advantage.
  • Must be willing to travel interstate and relocate to accommodate project needs.
  • Must be willing to work Monday
  • Saturday due to nature of construction works.
  • Must be well experienced with the nature of the construction industry.
  • Background in consultancy is not preferred.

Pay:
RM7, RM9,000.00 per month
