Responsibilities:

  • Handle disputes arising from P2P transactions on the platform and support users/clients with troubleshooting to resolve their issues.
  • Constant monitoring of transactions, investigating and reporting suspicious activities
  • Conduct market surveys and competitor reports to understand users' needs and identify gaps in product improvements.
  • Improve P2P functionality by collecting feedback from merchants & users.
  • Leverage regional user data and insights to contribute to the team's growth & ops strategies.
  • Prepare reports regarding business development, including market comparison analysis, business opportunities, recommendations, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • At least two years of relevant experience in business development and marketing roles in the crypto industry
  • Knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and P2P payments is a must
  • Passionate, ownership, executionoriented, independent, and natural team player
  • Exceptional written and communication skills in English and Chinese

Pay:
RM6, RM15,000.00 per month
