- Prepare and maintain essential HR documents, such as Letter of Offers, Employment Contracts, and Contract Extensions.
- Handle expatriate management, including documentation and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of staff leave, medical claims, attendance, and absenteeism.
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, and manage confirmation procedures.
- Coordinate offboarding and clearance procedures for resigned employees, including conducting exit interviews.
- Monitor and track leave and benefits entitlements for all employees.
- Assist in payroll processing by collecting timesheets, verifying data accuracy, and addressing payroll inquiries.
- Support benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Support Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) and Finance function
- Assist in organizing and facilitating training programs, workshops, and company events.
- Collaborate in the performance appraisal process by collecting feedback, collating documentation, and ensuring the process is executed smoothly.
- Stay updated with federal, state, and local legal requirements, anticipating changes and advising management on necessary actions to ensure compliance.
- Generate HR reports and presentations as required.
- Collaborate on HR projects and initiatives, contributing to their successful execution.
- Support management in preparing slides and providing data for monthly client reviews.
