  • Process payment for recurring bills, and credit card bills, to maintain bookkeeping and reconciliations.
  • Plan, organize, manage, and coordinate the daily schedule.
  • Monitor the amenities, tidiness, and cleanliness of the Director's Home office.
  • To ensure cleanliness & upkeep of the car, including petrol, cash card, regular servicing, and service maintenance regularly.
  • Maintenance and routine inspection of company cars to ensure that they are always in good condition.
  • Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum Diploma holder with at least 35 years of work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills & problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to perform in fastpaced environments.
  • Possess strong administrative abilities with good organizational, and interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong initiative and coordination skills.
  • Must maintain strict confidentiality in performing duties, honest and trustworthy.
  • Must have a valid driving license.
  • Nonsmoker.
