We are hiring an administrative assistant CUM customer service for our growing PRESCHOOL and DAYCARE.

The job scopes are as follows:

  • Excellent in computer literacy and tech savvy (Especially using Google Forms, Drive, Excels & etc)
  • Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
  • Keep records and reports up to date
  • Help maintain the budget plan
  • Help in managing invoices and fees for kindergarten & daycare
  • Handle technical issues in their area of expertise
  • Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones, preparing documents and completing the files
  • Handling classes & assisting teachers whenever needed
  • Attending meetings & training

Pay:
RM1, RM1,500.00 per month
