Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives in Southeast Asia.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective distributors, providing support, training, and guidance as needed to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with distributors to assess performance, address issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to develop and execute promotional activities, product launches, and pricing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in the oral care or dental industry, with a focus on managing distributors.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the Southeast Asia region.

Job Type:
Contract

Contract length: 24 months

Pay:
RM3, RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Fixed shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

Regional Sales: 2 years (preferred)
