7. 開啟、分類和分發收到的信件,包括電子郵件和傳真

8. 履行一般辦公室職責,例如訂購用品、維護記錄管理資料庫以及執行基本簿記工作

9.. 使用文字處理、電子表格、資料庫或簡報軟體準備發票、報告、備忘錄、信件、財務報表和其他文件。

10. 閱讀並分析收到的備忘錄、提交資料和報告,以確定其重要性併計劃其分發

11. 每月兩次向行政部更新 PJ 辦公室員工的出勤狀況

12. 就 PJ 辦公室工作人員的出勤情況與人力資源部門聯絡(例如透過隨附的電子郵件進行溝通)。

13. 向 PJ Office 員工索取並分發員工證和加油卡

14.執行上級指派和指示的任何其他職責

**工作要求**

1. 工商管理、行銷或相關學科文憑

2. STPM(馬來西亞高等教育證書),具有至少兩年辦公室行政工作經驗

3.有FMGC產業工作經驗者優先

4. 熟練使用Microsoft Word、Excel和PowerPoint

5. 精通英語、馬來語、國語和粵語

6.個性成熟可人,乾淨整潔

7.能夠獨立工作,並能依需求不定時工作
