Reporting Structure:


The Administrator will report directly to the Senior Executive - Administration & Operations, providing regular updates on tasks and projects.


Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:
Oversee and manage various administrative tasks to ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of the office.

Report Preparation:
Prepare comprehensive and accurate reports, utilizing data analysis skills to provide meaningful insights.

Data Entry:
Execute precise and timely data entry tasks, maintaining a high level of accuracy in handling sensitive information.

Formulas and Data Analysis:
Proficient in utilizing formulas and conducting data analysis, particularly in Microsoft Excel, to extract valuable business insights.

Follow-Up and Task Management:
Proactively follow up on assigned tasks, ensuring completion within specified timelines, and manage workflow to enhance productivity.

Software Proficiency:

Possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access, demonstrating proficiency in using other relevant software tools as required.

Our office is conveniently located near the Kelana Jaya LRT station, providing easy accessibility for commuting.
