Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, servers, and networks.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of all IT systems and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.
  • Configure, customize, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics BC to meet the company's needs.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements, design, and implement solutions within Zoho and Microsoft Dynamics BC.
  • Assist employees in resolving ITrelated problems and provide technical support to ensure mínimal disruptions to their work.
  • Monitor and maintain data security measures, including user access controls, backups, and disaster recovery plans.
  • Manage and coordinate IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements in Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics BC, and IT project management, and recommend improvements to enhance the company's IT capabilities.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Train employees on the effective use of Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics BC, and other IT tools as needed.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role, with a focus on Zoho and Microsoft Dynamics BC administration.
  • Proficiency in configuring, customizing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics BC.
  • Solid understanding of IT project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience with system administration, network administration, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with data security principles and best practices.
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
