As an OA, you will be regarded as the all-rounder in the office.

Your role will be to ensure an effective and efficient office administration and support is provided to the Group CEO.

You will undertake administrative and secretarial tasks, such as answering telephone calls, coordinating, scheduling meetings etc.

This role would suit a mature person who is used to multi-tasking and running all the functions of a typical office administration and secretarial.


  • Perform the role of Office Administrator to assist and support the CEO in all aspects of administrative and secretarial support
  • Handle administrative and secretarial support, coordination, organizing, follow-up, processing claims, and liaise via phone calls or meetings on behalf of matters assigned.
  • Establish and maintain a proper filing system to ensure smooth documentation and administration.
  • Work closely with HR department to coordinate and arrange staff events.
  • Manage office supplies including stationary, access cards, office equipment, pantry item etc.
  • Any other tasks, projects and/or confidential matters assigned as and when needed

Requirements_

  • Required languages (s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • At least 2 years of working experiences in related field.

Required skills:
Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.

  • Able to work independently, responsive, and multitasking.
  • Possess a mature personality, Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
