  • Ensure all the incoming / outgoing documents and parcel are handled carefully by sorting and distributing to the right person. Maintain received documents in logbook and ensure receiver acknowledge while collect the documents.
  • Greet/welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate person.
  • Handle general office administration duties such as update the stock of docket for airway bill/DHL/ABX, boxes request by department for courier services and filing of airwaybills other documents within the scope of receptionist.
  • Ensure reception's area and lobby are well maintain, neat and clean at all time.
  • Assist HR department with administration support as and when required

Job Type:
Contract

Up to RM3,080.00 per month
