Our client operates as a pivotal Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) that offers comprehensive support in various areas such as data analysis, customer service, risk management, administrative services, IT support, human resources, and marketing.
**Tenure**:Permanent
**Basic salary**:RM 3000 - RM 9000 _(Commensurate with experience)_
**Location**: G Tower, Jalan Tun Razak, KL (Near to MRT & LRT Ampang Park)
Working hours: Rotational shift (4 days of working day, 3 days of rest day)

**Job responsibilities**:
- Initiate proactive customer outreach to enhance their experience.
- Tackle customer complaints with finesse and efficiency.
- Gather and analyze valuable customer feedback.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic demeanor at all times.
- Collaborate and coordinate seamlessly with your awesome colleagues.
**Job requirements**:
- Preferably diploma/ bachelor's degree holders.
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
