JOB LOCATION:
Taman Lagenda Suria, Hulu Langat.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.
Inventory Management:
- Handle and manage inventory, ensuring accurate stock counts.
- Organize and maintain warehouse/storage areas for optimal efficiency.
- Update inventory records in our system regularly.
2.
Order Fulfillment:
- Pack items for delivery, ensuring all packages are correctly labeled and secured.
- Prepare delivery documents, including invoices and shipping labels.
3.
Customer Monitoring:
- Monitor customer orders and progress, ensuring timely updates and communication.
- Handle customer inquiries related to orders and deliveries promptly.
4.
Stock Updates:
- Regularly update stock levels and product listings on Shopee and TikTok.
- Monitor online store performance and address any issues related to inventory.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fresh graduates or individuals with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Google Sheets.
- Training will be provided.
- Proven experience in operations or inventory management is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and online marketplaces (Shopee, TikTok) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
