Anda yg kami cari Jawatan Admin Purchaser Operation Diperlukan
Tanggungjawab:
- Mengendalikan semua urusan pembelian barang seperti purchase order, delivery
order & quotation/invois.
- Mengemaskini dan mengekalkan rekod semua pesanan, pembayaran, dan stok yang
diterima.
- Meningkatkan proses dan sistem pembelian secara berterusan.
- Kemas kini dan penyerahan laporan perolehan tepat pada masanya.
- Memeriksa stok dan melaporkan sebarang item yang rosak atau tidak konsisten
dengan segera.
- Melaksanakan tugas dan tanggungjawab lain yang berkaitan seperti yang diarahkan
oleh atasan dari semasa ke semasa.
Keperluan pekerjaan:
- Ada pengalaman sebagai 'admin purchasing 1 tahun keatas
- Kemahiran komunikasi lisan yang kuat, sikap kerja yang positif, menepati masa
dengan tanggungjawab yang tinggi, dan mampu bekerja secara berdikari
- Kemahiran pengurusan masa yang baik, mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan
memenuhi tarikh akhir yang ketat.
Waktu berkerja:
08:00am - 5:00pm (Isnin - Jumaat)
08:00am - 1:00pm (Sabtu)
Gaji:
Bermula RM1, RM2,000.00 sebulan
