  • Supervise and monitor the performance of sales personnel in sales and collection achievements/targets, control of sales staff discipline issues.
  • Formulate, plan and implement sales strategies and tactics to identify and secure new business opportunities and increase company's market share.
  • Develop a high performance of sales team by recruiting, training, directing and motivating the sales personnel, removing consistent underachievers.
  • Prepare various sales reports for management update.
  • Effective communication and close liaison with interdepartments to ensure successful implementation of sales & marketing activities and services.
  • Compile competitors' information to analyze on pricing, promotional activities, product launches, sales performance, etc.
  • Alert of market development and be on track with latest market trends.
  • Exercise full support in promoting a culture of teamwork, respect for peers.
  • Undertake any other duties assigned as and when by the Management.

Salary:
RM2, RM9,462.92 per month
