Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outlet Operations Supervisor to join our team at DKSH. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our outlet.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Performance Monitoring: You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing sales performance on a daily and monthly basis to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to maximize results.
  2. Customer Service and Quality Control: You will work closely with the executive team to ensure that customer service standards are consistently high and that gift items production meets the required standards.
  3. Inventory and Cash Handling: You will be responsible for ensuring that all stock and cash handling procedures are adhered to at all times and that any discrepancies are thoroughly investigated and addressed.
  4. Team Management: You will be responsible for ensuring that team members follow company rules and regulations and that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  5. Marketing and Promotion: You will assist in marketing and promotion activities to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  6. Ad Hoc Duties: You will be required to perform other ad hoc duties as and when required by your immediate manager.
Requirements:
  1. Qualifications: You must possess at least a SPM or Diploma in F&B or a relevant qualification.
  2. Experience: You must have at least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
  3. Skills and Abilities: You must be dynamic, self-motivated, and a fast learner with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  4. Availability: You must be able to work shifts, public holidays, and weekends.
  5. Attitude and Disposition: You must have a good working attitude and a pleasant disposition.
  6. Citizenship: You must be a Malaysian citizen.
