  • Update HR databases.
  • Assist in payroll preparation.
  • Assist in implementation of fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
  • Prepare Memo for all new policies and write meeting minutes.
  • Assist in Foreign Workers Management.
  • Assist in daily operations of the HR department.
  • Organize team building events/ activities.
  • Responsible for the coordination of arranging documents for signing & compilation.
  • Provide administrative support such as filing, copying, distribution, scanning, printing, archiving etc
  • Other duties as assigned by superior and management.

  • Able to work independently under supervision
