Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with plant leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring a high-performance culture.
  • Workforce Planning: Collaborate with plant management to forecast workforce needs, drive talent acquisition strategies, and ensure workforce readiness to support plant operations.
  • Change Management: Lead HR initiatives related to organizational changes, including restructuring, continuous improvement, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive employee relations environment by addressing employee issues, managing conflicts, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Performance Management: Drive a performance-driven culture by implementing performance management systems, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring alignment of individual goals with the plant's objectives.
  • Talent Development: Implement talent development programs to support the growth and career progression of plant employees. Work with managers to identify high-potential talent and succession planning.
  • HR Metrics & Analytics: Utilize data and analytics to drive HR decision-making, measure HR effectiveness, and track progress towards key HR and business objectives.
  • Labor Relations: Manage labor relations at the plant level, including negotiations, collective bargaining, and grievance handling, ensuring compliance with local regulations and best practices.
  • Health & Safety: Partner with the Health & Safety team to ensure the plant meets all health, safety, and compliance standards and fosters a safe work environment.
  • Cultural Transformation: Act as a change agent to instill the Mondelez values and drive continuous improvement within the plant environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, SPHR) preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in an HRBP role, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment.
  • Skills:
    • Strong strategic HR capabilities with experience in talent management, workforce planning, and change management.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
    • Proficient in HRIS, data analytics, and HR technology systems.
    • Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in employee and labor relations.
    • Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams and drive cultural change.
