- Complete administration and human resource related tasks on a daily basis
- Preparation of the HR related letters such as confirmation letter, termination, salary and benefit adjustment, bonus payout letter, transfer letter, authorization letter, show cause letter, warning letter and etc.
- Assist in developing and maintaining the culture policy of the Company
- Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Management
- To responsible for timely processing of payroll and to ensure accuracy of all payroll related transactions.
- Responsible in Making payment of EPF, SOCSO and office utilities.
- Assist in the implementation of policies established by the management

**Job Requirement**:

- Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role
- Attend to all incoming calls and walk-in guests
- Make necessary calls as and when required
- Good knowledge of labour legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
- Bachelor in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- At least 3 Years Experience in HR Field Required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month
