**Responsibilities**:
**Employee Engagement**: To plan and participate in monthly and quarterly employee engagement activities to enhance teamwork. To promote productive working environment by ensuring absenteesim and attrition rate are kept to a minimum.

**Training and development**: To identify training needs and create strategic solutions for improving skills across an entire company and ensure training programs are executed as per plan.

**Employee Relations**: Handle disciplinary issues, resolving employee's grievance, counselling employees to ensure employees are in line with the company culture and value.

**Hostel Management**: To source new hostels upon arrival of foreign workers and ensure 5s and discipline in the hostel are maintained all the time.

**Transportation Management**: Liaise with production to arrange transport for employees.

**HR Audit**. Responsible for ISO and RBA audits.

Handling insurance related issues and keeping records of staff insurance and ensuring timely renewal.

Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource/Business.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant as HR Generalist or HR Specialist role.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Able to work under pressure to meet KPI.
- Willing to work at Georgetown and travel to subsidiaries.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
