Responsibilities
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR function including recruitment, employment permit, payroll, training and day to day HR operations.
- Monthly payroll processing, benefit claims, monitor leaves, attendance record.
- To maintain/update Company Organization Chart and contact listing
- Upkeep office and replenish stock for pantry, stationery and printer supplies
- Managing all day-to-day HR administration tasks; ensuring that all employee and HR records are accurate and up to date
- Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process
- Inducting new staff and overseeing probationary periods
- Any other job duties assigned by Senior Executive/Manager

Requirement and skills
- Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Strong ethics and reliability
- **Willing to travel for business purposes when necessary**:
English, Malay, Tamil

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
