**Recruitment and Staffing**:

- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
- **Employee Relations**:

- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Mediate and resolve employee conflicts, fostering a positive work environment.
- **Performance Management**:

- Implement and manage performance appraisal processes to assess employee performance and development needs.
- Work closely with managers to establish performance improvement plans when necessary.
- **Training and Development**:

- Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Facilitate orientation sessions for new employees and ensure effective onboarding.
- **HR Administration**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Administer HR policies and procedures, keeping them current and in line with industry best practices.
- **Compliance and Policy Development**:

- Stay informed about relevant labor laws and ensure the hotel's compliance.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and legal requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles within the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Certification in Human Resources Management is a plus.

**Salary**: From RM2,800.00 per month
