- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations to foster positive onboarding experiences.
- Handle employee relations matters by providing guidance and counseling to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Administer employee benefits programs and serve as a liaison between employees and benefit providers.
- Manage employee performance appraisal processes and provide support to managers in setting performance objectives and conducting performance reviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- **Minimum of [3] years of progressive HR experience**, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
