**Communication Skills: Must be proficient in English and Mandarin (as some clients are Mandarin speakers)**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
- **Professional Experience**: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance and HR roles, preferably within a digital marketing agency or similar industry setting.
- **> Technical Skills**:

- **> Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).**:

- **> Expertise in bookkeeping, financial reporting, bank reconciliations, and handling of payroll and claims.**:

- **> Experience in managing statutory filings and compliance with local regulations (CPF, IRAS, MOM, GST).**:

- **> Skilled in processing quotations, invoices, and preparing financial reports related to Google Ads Credit, Facebook reports for Mediabuy.**:

- **> **Ability to generate and present detailed sales, expenses, AR/AP, profit and loss reports, and financial statements monthly, ensuring reports are submitted by the second week of the following month.
- **> **Proficient in creating financial reports for each business service and for individual account managers/consultants, as well as preparing sales collection reports for commission calculations.
- **> Analytical and Organizational Skills**: Demonstrated ability to manage financial data, prepare accurate reports, and organize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
- **> Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial and HR administrative tasks, including filings, submissions, and grants processing.
- **> Adaptability and Initiative**: Flexible approach to adapt to changing financial regulations and business needs. Initiative to take on additional responsibilities as discussed with the Company and ability to work independently on a contract basis overseas.
- **> Legal and Regulatory Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of the Singapore legal and regulatory environment related to finance and HR, including grants processing and compliance requirements.
- **> Teamwork**: Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, across different departments and with individuals at all organizational levels.

**Key Responsibilties**:
1. Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable (AR/AP)
2. Bookkeeping and reporting
3. Payroll and claims
4. Filing, submissions, grants processing (including but not limited to CPF, IRAS, MOM, GST)
5. HR and administration matters
6. Assist Chief Operating Officer with finance and administration work
7. Additional related tasks as discussed with the Company

**Finance responsibilities shall include, but not limited to**:

- Quotations, Invoices processing
- Google Ads Credit and Facebook reports for Mediabuy
- Bank reconciliation
- Sales/Expenses/AR/AP/Profit and Loss reports and statements (after closing for each
- month)
- Send reports by 2nd week of the following month
- Financial reports for each business service and each account manager/consultant
- Sales Collection Reports for purpose of Commissions Calculation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,608.15 - RM5,602.48 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
