Full-Time Position

Curtain Library is a bespoke service we offer our clients to beautify their homes with our custom made luxury curtains, blinds, shutters and accessory products. In this customer facing role you will manage all front-end aspects of curtain sales.

Job Description:

  • Strive to achieve monthly and annual sales target
  • Fully understand client's needs and requirements
  • Responsible for ensuring smooth operations & managing showroom sales
  • Responsible for identifying marketing trends & implementing best sales practices to achieve key sales results.
  • Provide effective assistance and good advice to customers when making decisions
  • Propose and select suitable materials, color schemes and finishes to customers
  • Job scope includes meeting customers, site visits, generate quotations and customer relationships
  • Assist and handle retail sales, interior designer and interior design contractor
  • Establish and maintain good relationship and trust with customers
  • Coordinate with the company system and grow together

Requirements:

  • Possess good communication skills, comprehension skills, persuasion skills and closing techniques
  • Must be aggressive, resultoriented, willing to accept challenges, and willing to work on weekends or irregular working hours
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Office
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa (fluent in Mandarin preferred as part of the job is to coordinate onsite with subcontractors, and deal with Mandarin speaking clients)
  • Must possess own transport, role is based in Sunway Damansara, Selangor
