Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
2. Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective clients, architects, consultants, and interior designers.
3. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
4. Collaborate with the specifications team to support sales efforts.
5. Provide accurate and timely quotations, proposals, and product information to clients.
6. Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements to close sales deals effectively.
7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
1. Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the building materials industry.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
4. Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
5. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Willingness to travel extensively to meet with clients and attend events.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
