Human Resource Manager

Job Requirements:
- Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Administration, or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or related field
- Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and statutory legal requirements
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint)
Additional Skills: HR SQL software is a plus

- Strong work ethic, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage employee relations and handle grievances
- Oversee recruitment, workforce planning, and talent acquisition
- Support development and engagement of human capital
- Monitor HR strategies and ensure compliance with laws and policies
- Manage performance appraisal system and administer compensation programs
- Design and deliver employee training programs for skills enhancement
- Maintain HR records and prepare management reports
