Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the MD.
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentation materials for the MD, including coordination.
  • Arrange internal and external meetings.
  • Attend to MD's personal work tasks.
  • Can involve frequent travel.
  • Actively explore business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma qualification.
  • At least 2 years of similar experience, preferably in the Investment/Banking industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarinspeaking associates.
  • Proactive, wellorganized, meticulous, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office.

- 至少拥有2年类似工作经验,最好是在投资/银行行业。
- 具备优秀的人际交往和沟通能力。
- 能够流利地使用英语和普通话进行口语和书面交流,以便与说普通话的同事沟通。
- 具有主动性、条理清晰、工作细致,能够独立开展工作。
- 熟练掌握MS Office。
