Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain reports on a regular basis
  • Provide highlevel administrative support, including managing schedules and appointments and take detailed minutes (if required)
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for senior management
  • Prepare reports and presentations with a high level of accuracy
  • Conduct research and compile data as required
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and other clientfacing documents
  • Serve as the point of contact between the senior management and internal/external clients
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including answering phones, organizing files, and managing office supplies

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Diploma holder; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus

Job Types:
