  • Purchase materials and goods required by the company as planned
  • Follow up on the delivery time, quantity and quality of purchased goods
  • Declaring purchase payment
  • Assist in arranging transportation of purchased goods
  • Responsible for negotiating, drafting and signing contracts with suppliers
  • Handle supplier's substandard goods, claims and returns
  • Assist relevant departments to accept purchased goods
  • Evaluate the supply capabilities and quality of potential suppliers, existing suppliers and newly developed suppliers
  • Develop new suppliers.
  • Market information collection

Job requirements:

With at least an associate degree or above.

At least 3 years of purchasing experience.

Ability to work independently, complete tasks within tight deadlines, and handle pressure.

Proficiency in Mandarin would be an additional advantage.

Working hours: 8am-5pm

Working days:
Monday to Friday
