Procurement Management:
Oversee the procurement of goods and services in accordance with company policies and procedures. Develop and implement purchasing strategies to meet the company's goals and objectives. Ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of quality materials and services. Analyze market trends and conditions to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.

Supplier Relations:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. Evaluate and monitor supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contractual terms. Negotiate prices, contracts, and payment terms with suppliers. Resolve issues related to suppliers, such as delivery delays or quality concerns.

Inventory & Cost Control:
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory control team to maintain optimal stock levels. Work with finance and operations teams to manage budgets and control costs. Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement strategies to reduce purchasing expenses.

Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in any related field, with Supply Chain preferred. At least 5 years of experience in purchasing. Must be able to communicate effectively in English, Malay and Mandarin. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good organizational and time-management skills. Willingness to travel abroad for training when necessary. Proficiency and well known about Construction line.
