Procurement & Admin Assistent

Job Description
1. Source and select reliable suppliers and contractors to meet the company's procurement needs.
2. Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations, negotiate terms, and ensure the best value for money.
3. Review and analyse purchase requisitions, ensuring adherence to specifications and compliance with company policies.
4. Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of materials and services.
5. Collaborate closely with internal department, such as project managers and site supervisors, to understand their procurement requirements and provide necessary guidance.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records, including purchase orders, supplier details, delivery schedules, and invoices.
7. Matching invoice with DO & PO and filing documents.
8. To perform all other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors whenever necessary from time to time.
**Requirements**:
Required languages (s); English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia will be benefit. Mandarin speaker is essential to manage the China vendor.
Knowledge and experience in Million software, SQL, Microsoft Office will be an added advantage.
Capability to handle multi tasks, attention to detail, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Positive attitude, good interpersonal, negotiation skills, communications skills, and ability to participate with teamwork problem-solving skills and decision making.
