Responsibilities:

  • To prepare monthly reports/related reports as instructed by superior on timely basis
  • Coordinate with suppliers on sourcing materials, price negotiation and delivery status
  • Responsible on purchasing requisitions, quotation enquiries, issuance of purchase order and invoicing
  • To coordinate with all related departments in order to achieve the plan target and schedule
  • Assist in generating and processing requisition & purchase orders
  • To enquire and evaluate quotations from supplier
  • Coordinate, monitor and follow up with supplier on time delivery
  • Issue PO and maintain systematic filing of PO
  • To perform all other adhoc duties assigned by superiors whenever necessary from time to time
  • Checking monthly sales invoices

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in related field is required for this position
  • Software System: SQL
  • Responsible, committed and disciplined person
  • Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage)
  • Willing to work in Bukit Mertajam, Penang


Working Hours: Monday
  • Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm
