Key Accountabilities/Duties:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the customer care team
- Train, coach, and mentor Customer Care Executives to ensure high performance
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to drive improvements
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Onboarding and guide new team members
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership and teambuilding abilities
- Ability to analyze data and implement improvements based on insights
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
