Key Accountabilities/Duties:

  • Provide information about services and company policies
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently
  • Escalate complex problems to appropriate departments for resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Maintain office supplies/company facilities/administrative task and ensure inventory is stocked and organized
  • Addresses opportunities for potential sales.
  • Meets company performance standards on productivity, quality and attendance

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong problemsolving skills with a customeroriented approach
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
