Customer Care Executive

**Key Accountabilities/Duties**:
- Provide information about services and company policies
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently
- Escalate complex problems to appropriate departments for resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Maintain office supplies/company facilities/administrative task and ensure inventory is stocked and organized
- Addresses opportunities for potential sales.
- Meets company performance standards on productivity, quality and attendance
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
