We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in the Direct selling MLM company.

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with business objectives and drive growth.
  • Identify and target key customer segments and develop effective marketing campaigns to reach them
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competition to identify new opportunities and develop effective marketing strategies
  • Manage the company's social media presence, including developing and publishing content, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, distributors, and partners
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing strategies
  • Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing roles in the MLM company.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies in the MLM industry.
  • Strong understanding of the MLM industry, including trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of verbal and written in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, distributor.
  • Experience with social media management and digital marketing tools in the MLM industry.
