  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven track record of success in automotive sales, particularly in the sale of used cars. Exceptional sales acumen, with a knack for building rapport and closing deals.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with Professional fluency in English (proficiency in additional languages such as Arabic, Japanese, Mandarin, Spanish, French, Russian or German is advantageous).
  • Selfmotivated and goaloriented, with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced, targetdriven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with online sales platforms.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying work hours based on international time zones and willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Telemarketing B2B sales, preferably in the automotive industry.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of RM2000-RM4000 per month depending on experience, skills, capabilities.
  • Lucrative sales commissions, language proficiency bonuses, shift differentials, and travel allowances.
  • Overtime compensation for additional hours worked beyond regular schedule. Opportunities for professional development and advancement within the organization.
