- 【Sales Forecasting:】- Coordinate with sales team and monitor and adjust forecasts to meet changing market conditions and customer demands by utilizing historical data, market reserve and demand forecasting tools to create accurate sales forecasts.
- To update sales on relevant information for any changes / OOS / stocks management issue.

【Demand Planning:】- Work closely with demand planners to align sales forecasts with production schedules and inventory levels and to monitor demand patterns and adjust forecasts as needed to ensure optimal stock availability.

【Sales Operation Support】- Provide support for sales operations, including salesforce management, territory allocation, and incentive programs.
- Ensure the seamless execution of sales plans and initiatives.

【Reporting and Communication:】- Prepare and present sales reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure clear and timely communication with the sales team and relevant departments.
- Analysis sales data to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable strategies.

**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:

- Education Background : Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
- Experience : At least 1 years experience in sales planning execution in FMCG industry
- Require Skill : Experience in sales planning, demand forecasting, or market analysis within the FMCG industry
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of FMCG product, consumer behavior's, and market trends.
