SALES SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

Job Scope:

- Assist resellers to achieve set sales targets.
- Manage communication plans to resellers on a daily basis in the WhatsApp communication platform.
- Assist to manage any issues, questions & feedbacks related to product orders.
- Involved in the company's social media related activities (talents of content & Live).
- Organizing and managing training & guidance sessions with TEEGA resellers.

Criteria:

- Education level : SPM and above.
- Minimum 2-4 years experience in sales or customer management (Public Relation).
- Have a high level of empathy when communicating with customers.
- Have a good communicate face-to-face, over the phone and good in writing skills.
- 25-30 years
- Interesting personality and able to communicate in front of the camera.
- Own transportation.
- Bonus to; have experience in business based on Dropship, Agent and Reseller.
